I won’t lie — I’m not much of a baker. No matter how closely I follow the recipe, the end result never seems to turn out as I’d hoped. However, even the most baking-challenged people will be able to whip up these cookies. They’re delicious, healthy, and involve only three ingredients!

To make three-ingredient oatmeal chocolate chip cookies, you will need:
2 large bananas, mashed
1 3/4 cups quick oats
1/2 cup chocolate chips
Directions:
Step 1: Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Line a large cookie sheet with parchment paper.
Step 2: Mash the bananas in a large bowl. Add the oats and mix well to combine. Fold in the chocolate chips.
Step 3: Scoop two tablespoons of the mixture onto the cookie sheet and shape into large rounds, about one inch apart.
Step 4: Bake for 15 to 20 minutes until the cookies are golden on top and just set to the touch.
Step 5: Remove from the oven and allow them to cool slightly before transferring them to a wire rack. Now enjoy!
