The best Fluffy Sweet Milk Biscuits ever delicious and easy to prepare


Y’ll need :

* 1 C. lard

* 2 Tps butter, melted

* 1 C. sweet milk

* 4 C. flour sifted

Directions :

STEP 1 : In a large bowl, put the flour . Using a pastry mixter ,cut in the lard ,construct a well in the center of the flour and begin attaching the milk pulling the flour into it with a fork as you go.

STEP 2 : After you get a coherent dough,turnover it out onto a floured surface and pull the dough together into a ball. Press it out into rectangle and fold the dough in 3rds , Retourn the pressure of the dough again into rectangle and fold into 3rds. Press again and use the biscuit cutters to cut the biscuit and place it in a greased iron skillet

STEP 3 : take the scraps and pull them together, patting them out and cutting them,

STEP 4 : And let dough ferment a little for 16 min ;Bake it in the oven and grease it with butter or honey
